I was talking to a client this week about Canberra as a place that he and his family could settle in when they migrate to Australia from Dublin when realised that I have not written any articles about Canberra. Most people from Ireland who want to migrate to Australia are interested in Brisbane, Perth and Sydney so Canberra and other smaller Australian cities and towns don’t get much of a focus. So to change the focus a little and for anyone who might be interested in migrating to Australia and thinking of a city they might settle in – I found this video on YouTube about Canberra. The voice over is an American woman and she repeatedly calls the nation’s capital Can-berra when it’s supposed to be pronounced Can-bra but it’s a nice video, informative and full of great images.
